can not receive verification code SMS from CIBC BANK
I'm having the issue with receiving one time verification code from my bank to sign into my account. My bank is CIBC.

Are you able to receive text messages from others?
If you are having issues with your plan, you can contact Fizz customer service https://fizz.ca/en/support
Through the CIBC app, there is the option is switch to 2FA which can be safer than text message.
