When will my number be released for me to transfer to another company? My account is disabled.
I can't afford my cell phone plan at all at Fizz, and they're pretending to be blind about it. I always end up reaching the maximum number of payment attempts. I already used the credit card from several friends, and all cards are not accepted for payment! Even when Fizz resets the number of payment attempts, I am still unable to pay my plan.
As the error is by Fizz, I would like them to at least release my number to make the portability to another company.

Number transfers work the same way for all providers. When you transfer your current phone number, your line must be active with your current/previous provider
If you want to transfer your number and your plan is suspended, I suggest to change your plan to the minimum one which costs $12.46 plus taxes: https://fizz.ca/en/mobile

If you cannot change the plan yourself or the option is disabled on your Fizz account, I suggest to contact Fizz support for help with this and resetting the number of payment attempts: https://fizz.ca/en/support
