Contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-make-sure-my-mobile-service-working-properly and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.

If they gave you an already owned number there might've been a mistake when creating your account or with the SIM card they gave you.
If I was you I would try contacring Fizz support directly to clear that up

That was I think too, but how to really get to talk to the Support @ FIZZ?

At the bottom of the page you can click on "contact us"
And it says how to contact them in that page, you need to go in the FAQ and a green popup with a interrogation mark will appear, click on that and it'll give you chatting options
