Fizz rewards Internet: swapping?
I have 2 addresses for internet in my account.
1 of the address have already max out the 3/3 rewards of rebate: 2$, 1$, 1$
Now I just receive a new perk of 2$, and would like to swap it to this address and remove the 1$, and put it back to the other address.
Will removing the 1$ to add the 2$ on that address gives me the option to reapply it to another address or it will be deleted and unable to use forever?

You will not lose the reward. You must take care to swap your rewards.
Do NOT proceed to remove an existing reward. Otherwise the pending reward will take a payment cycle to be removed before you can add another reward to replace it in the following payment cycle.
The proper way to swap your reward is to
- Click on the pending reward that you want to use.
- While the existing reward slots are "shaking", click on the existing reward that you want to replace.
- Confirm the switch.
Note that in this case, you must wait one month before you can reuse the $1 reward (that you are removing) for another plan.
The alternative choice is to use the $2 reward directly on your second internet plan. There's less waiting and you get to maximize your rewards right away.
