Can the installation technician do multi-floor internet setup? + other questions

I have an installation appointment next week.

First of all, will the technician bring the modem and install it for us, or will it be shipped separately? I selected an option to set up the modem myself (rather than pay $50), so it is not clear to me what the implications of that are given that a technician is coming. Under the modem order, I do not see any estimated shipment date.

Second, I would like the installation technician to set up internet on multiple floors in our house. My wife and I will have home offices on floors 2 and 3, so we would like to have a direct wired connection there, and we will need the modem set up on floor 1. If we ask the technician to set that up for us, can he do it? If not, how can we request this service? It is not clear to me what the scope of the installation service will be.

Third, if we need to boost the WiFi on various floors, I presume we will need meshes, can the technician assist with that?

And lastly, going forward, if I have any urgent queries, is there a way to chat with someone from Fizz directly? I tried to find a direct contact method but could not find anything. I know you charge less because the service options are limited (e.g. no service phone number), but surely there must be a way to at least chat or email?

    First

    The technician bring the modem and check if you have a signal and you install yourself because you choose it that way

    second

    If you don't a cable Vidéotron already in your house the technician will install a cable and he will put at the best place he can.

    Third

    No he will not do that

    Thank you. The chat link you provided does not give me any chat option.

    And if I request a cable connection on multiple floors, will the installation technician do that? Or will he just do it on one floor? I would rather we connect directly rather than via WiFi for our home offices.

    You cannot request a cable connection on multiple floors because Fizz doesen't do that.
