Cannot log in with "Log in with Google"

Hello,


I usually have SO MUCH DATA since I work from home and I'm usually using Wifi. However, since yesterday I don't have data on my phone when I'm without Wifi.

I tried to restart my phone, airplane mode, disconnect and reconnect... and nothing.


I wanted to check my profile, maybe I did went over my data and Fizz restrict my data usage for protection (maybe!). HOWEVER, I cannot log in into my account using "Log in Continue with Google". I tried in different computers and mobile and still nothing works.

This means that your developper has to fix the problem.


I'm sure that some other users are experimenting the same problem, which is a big limiter as we cannot call someone for help or not even have access to this Forum (you need to log in).


Maybe few things to think for the future...


Anyhow, I need immediate assistance now (to log in on my Fizz profile) and to have access to my Data. You can call me to 438-777-1880.

    Hi Romina


    For some problem whit Fizz it might help clearing cache, deleting cookies or for Apple user go to safari and clear history and website data.

    You can try using another browser such as Firefox or internet explorer or a private browser
