Correct my address

I signed up with Fizz for home internet and Representative will come to install my modem, but I noticed I put wrong street number.

I chose June 27th, 2022 to get my modem installed and need to correct my address today. please advise.

It is so frustrating that I cannot contact with anyone and thinking to change the provider.

    Hi HA1352. There are ways to contact customer service, even if it's not always obvious.

    For your case I think the best way would be to go to the FAQ section, the most relevant page seems to be this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-personal-information

    Regardless of the specific question, if you go to any page in the FAQ, you will then see a green question mark appear in the bottom right of your screen. Click on this and you'll have the option to contact customer support either through Facebook Messenger, or directly through web chat.
