I will be going in new york thats why i am asking if our lte plan can be use in the usa i only need internet from my phone so i can access internet even i am outside of canada

    First of all, you need a USA data plan.

    3G networks shutdown in the USA disturbs mainly phone calls, since calls use 3G networks to complete a call, not 4G or LTE networks. 4G and 5G networks are the ones you will use for data downloads and uploads ( and web surfing). If your phone is recent, you should have access to multiple mobile bands that will provide a good connection outdoors and indoors.
