Hi, I tried gifting you some data, but it says you do not have a mobile data plan.
Unfortunately you must have paid data on your plan to participate with data gifting.
If you are a new customer, you can activate and use the free 500 MB data perk that you received from Fizz.
You will have 30 days to use those data.

I just changed my settings to my phone plan instead of wifi plan! should work now!

Unfortunately you cannot receive data gifts right now. It says that you do not have a mobile data plan.
If you just changed your plan, you must wait until your plan renewal date for the change to be effective: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-mobile-plan

If you have unused data in your account, you can gift it to any member who is findable in the Fizz community (in other words, anyone who is not in Incognito mode), and whose plan includes data.
The options available to you are:
- Ask and hope that someone can share a Data Perk to you. You will be required to share your email address or phone number with the potential donor. It is usually new members who usually have this Perk. Or when Fizz is feeling generous, everyone with a mobile plan receives free Perks. Unfortunately I do not have any Data Perks right now.
- Purchase a data add-on: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-an-add-on-and-how-do-i-buy-one
- Wait for your plan renewal to complete: https://fizz.ca/en/plan-change-policy With a mobile data plan, you will have more available options.
