I am having issues getting my card information saving. I am using the same address to the character on my credit card bill as suggested, however it is still rejecting the payment. I am unsure what else I can do?
You are right to make sure your billing address matches what your credit card company has. If you can, copy and paste it exactly.

First, just make sure you are using supported cards, which are Canadian Visa and Mastercard CREDIT cards (debit cards, AMEX, or foreign credit cards are not accepted).
If your card should be accepted, I suggest you wait until business hours tomorrow and retry then.
If it doesn't work then, please contact customer support.
