Buying data when I don’t have data anymore

I don’t know if it is a problem that only I encounter, but when I run out of data, it would be nice to still be able to access the fizz website in order for me to be able to buy some extra data…

Is there another way to buy data adds-on when you don’t have data anymore? If not, this should be a suggestion to take into account…

    Hi,

    the only way to do so is to find a Wi-Fi hotspot so that you can obtain this data on your account, via the Fizz platform, otherwise when you no longer have access to the mobile network, this operation will be impossible for you unfortunately.

    However, if you would like to contact Fizz’s support team directly for advice but also for specific answers about this situation, or even in this case-if precisely, to be able to make this suggestion, here is the procedure to follow in order to be able to contact the service. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
