Transfer of PVR to PC... How?

So I'm with Videotron for my cable and I own my PVR (it's the 4K one: Samsung GX-VD940CJ). I would like to know if someone had successfully transferred something from their PVR to their PC? How? Which capture card did you used? I want to transfer some shows that I recorded since I want to move away from Videotron (and sell my PVR after).
