It’s been almost 1 week that you give me a ticket to follow up my connexion issue and yet , no update, no connection I can’t reach no one for help. Plz someone answer me

Here we are users. You can see updates to tickets on your Fizz account. You may also contact Fizz customer service to ask for news.
In the meantime, did you try unplugging your modem and waiting 30 seconds before replugging it to try again. You may be pleasantly surprised.
