Important reminder: your SIM card must be changed.
I received a second email that I have to change my SIM card. However, when I follow the link to my account, I get the following message:
"Based on your account information, you are not currently eligible for a $0 SIM card."
Please advise what I need to do.

In this case, you can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/why-volte-important and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
