Retrieve Old Usage Reports from 2019
Hi, for tax reasons, I am being asked to provide all of my Fizz usage reports from January 2019 to February 2000. Since they are more than six months old, I can't pull them up the normal way by using the Fizz website.
Does anyone know how I can obtain these old usage reports?

unfortunately I don't think it'll be possible, and we can only advise you on the forum to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about this specific situation. Here is the procedure to follow in order to contact the service. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
