New mobile plan is in 3G not LTE

why on Earth this is not LTE as it should?

    Answer ✓

    Switch airplane mode on and off (wait 15 seconds) and see if you get LTE.

    Also make sure you select LTE networks in Mobile Networks Settings

    a re-insert of the SIM fixed the prob

    Maybe you are somewhere with low reception?
