Scheduled appointment for internet installation

Someone was supposed to come between 12-5pm to my apartment today to install my new internet. I have taken a day off work and have been waiting around for them. I've already had someone not show up during my appointment scheduled two days ago. Who can I contact to ensure someone comes today to install it? I have tried Facebook Messenger but have not received any answer yet. Thank you in advance!

    Hi Jennifer,

    maybe the technician was unable to fulfill is engagements due to the previous installation which would have taken longer than expected. Sorry but you'll have to reschedule a new appointment...

    You can reschedule another appointment yourself from the account by going to My plans → Manage my plan → Appointments. Once 24 hours have passed since the appointment's due date, the Reschedule button will appear there. You can then choose a new date and time that works best for you

    P.S: Once 24-hours have elapsed since the due date of the appointment, the «Reschedule» button will appear.

    Is there a number that I can call to speak to a technician? I have taken an entire day off work and need someone to install it today as the appointment was booked for today. I am not getting a good first experience with Fizz and am highly considering switching over to a different internet provider with this poor and unreliable service thus far.

You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

    P.S: Chat is the fastest way to get answers from the service, but also the best as you'll have a real-time conversation with them.
