Do I get informed fast if I missed my appointment?

I took a chance and scheduled an appointment which is today, but wasn’t there before 1:30 even though my appointment was 12-5pm. I’d like to know if I missed the technician and do I get informed fast?

    Hi Hugo,

    the technician won’t contact you if he plans to be there within the time slot reserved. He’ll only contact you if he is early or late based on what was planned.

    Your technician appointments are in your Fizz account. Simply log in and under My plans > Manage plan > Appointments  You’ll be able to view, reschedule or cancel your appointment, even up until the moment when the technician is on route.

    If the appointment didn’t take place.

    Should the appointment with a technician not happen for whatever reason, check your emails. You’ll receive further instructions and next steps from us, right in your inbox.
