Late/Missed Instillation

Yesterday, the technician was supposed to come by from 12-5pm but only came around 6:40pm but we weren't there because we thought he would only come before 5 and that the appointment would be cancelled. He ended up just dropping off the modem but since we weren't there, he didn't set up a coaxial outlet for the coaxial cable. So now we can't set up the modem without the outlet. Would it be possible to have another technician be sent anytime soon to set the coax outlet up?
