Your LTE keeps on not working. The sign keeps on saying sign in to network. Going on 4th day this week and its been happening to me last week and week before As i can see you have no answer for the issue in faq or forum, and you also seem to close those forum threads, service is terrible and unreachable. So please fix it , because none of the fixes on your website work.




Also where is my referral fee from my referral which has been done 2 month ago? Is this how you treat your customers, after i referred new people to you and now they have a worst service and even worst technical support because they face same problem as me with network. And also now i am being blamed for this because of this referral. 




So is this FIZZ mobile in a nutshell????

    July 7 2022 11 h - We are noticing a much higher than normal volume of contacts. In part, due to the moving season. As well, we identified an issue with our mobile service. Some members cannot make/receive calls or send/receive texts or use mobile data. Our team is working to address the situation. Fizz apologizes for the inconvenience this may be causing you.


    Regarding the referral credit issue, I suggest to contact Fizz customer service when they aren't as busy.

    I have the same problem here! I contacted customer service and they said that they will try and fix it as soon as possible..... They couldn't tell me how long it could last.

    Under normal situations, have you tried restarting your phone?

    Please i have a ticket sitting since may 31st and nothing has been done or said about it. its just turns out to be the same thing as usual with FIZZ, we will gladly take your money and give you f... all in return. When time comes to get support it turns out that even public mobile has better customer and technical support.

    And yes i did everything suggested and lost all my wifi passwords and what not, but all fixes were tried and they just doesn't work. And how one should feel about it when important calls or messages gets dropped. Or when people cant reach you, because fizz are still working on fixing issues. A good example is Hydro Quebec when things doesnt work they are out there 24/7 day or night sun or blistering cold fixing things, and guess what they get their jobs done within a 24 max 36 hour period. That right there is good example of fixing an issues.

    When they aren't busy :) when is this???? It seems to me that they are always busy for some reason or the other.

    Same problem since this morning... they even said they fixed it at 13h but still not working...
