Can't send texts, can't place calls. Web works.

Been trying with support from Fizz to fix this, we essentially tried everything on the FAQ etc. Since this morning I can't texts or place phone calls - it says my plan does not allow. All my settings seems fine according to the fizz rep.

My payment went through fine overnight (automatic payment) but I am wondering if it might be tied to that?

I noted some other users experienced this in the past. Any idea?

    July 7 2022 11 h - We are noticing a much higher than normal volume of contacts. In part, due to the moving season. As well, we identified an issue with our mobile service. Some members cannot make/receive calls or send/receive texts or use mobile data. Our team is working to address the situation. Fizz apologizes for the inconvenience this may be causing you.
