Turn off Volte

How do I get fizz to turn off Volte to my phone? I am at the Samsung service centre because I can't make phone calls- my voice drops out. They say fizz needs to turn off volte. I have a service ticket-175825

    Remove the VoLTE toggle switch. SETTINGS - CONNECTIONS - MOBILE NETWORKS

    You should see it below Data Roaming
