Fizz will arrange for a technician to bring you a replacement modem. There is a charge for this service.
If you have home insurance, don't forget to include the cost of the modem in your claim.

@rakrakor Hi, You need to contact Fizz by chat to schedule an appointment with a technician so he can bring you a new modem.
