When setting up internet and having a rep come to drop off a modem, can a doorman collect the modem/package as it will be self-installed?

    Hi Jennifer,

    no this will not be possible since the technician must ensure that the coaxial cable is properly installed, that the installation itself is viable for your experience to be optimal. What self-install means is that you'll configure the modem by yourself, not the technician.
