Hi,
in such a situation it would be preferable, if possible, to stick a message to the technician, on the entrance door of the building, in order to warn him that the bell is for the moment not functional. Thus, since he will have your information in his appointment book coordinated by Fizz, he will be able to warn you of his presence.
