My account is still not activated
After I got confirmation of my payment and confirmation of my account activation, it’s still not activated. You can’t contact anyone through customer service it’s only robot chats and forums. How do I get my account to work?

Please try restarting your device. You can check if your mobile service is working by making a call or texting - https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-test-my-fizz-line?
To confirm that your payment went through, you can check the payment history on your Fizz account to see the details of your last payment.
Fizz payments are taken automatically from your card a few days before your renewal.
If your service is already suspended, then you will need to go on your account and click on the «Make my monthly payment » button.
Once you have made your payment, service will be restored within a few hours. In the meantime, you can try restarting your device.
If there is any problem, you can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.

It is taking a few hours to get reactivated after a payment but you can contact Fizz by chat alos to make sure.
