May I have an extension for the return of my modem?

When Canada Post scanned my barcode for return of my modem, the reply was "Communication Error", yesterday. I was told to return and try again tomorrow. So I did return today, but the same message comes up. Fizz has given 15 days for the return & I have lost 2 of those days due to a problem between Fizz, Canada Post & the barcode, so I believe I am entitled to extra time.

    Hi,

    you should contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that situation as wll to correct it. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
