LTE NOT WORKING

My lte wont work plz help me, i have rebooted my phone, i have reinstalled my apn, and nothing work, it say connrct to mobile network: fizz on top of my screen i have galaxy s9 plz help me im about to change company. I also switched my sim card in the phone of my girlfriend and it still dosnt connect to lte, and her card worked on my phone.

    Please proceed with a restart of the device and your phone should automatically reconnect to the network within the next few minutes. If the issue persists you can switch over to 3G from LTE for a few moments, then switch back to LTE.
