It is possible that the technician who had an appointment with you was unable to show up due to complications with a previous installation.
You can reschedule another appointment yourself from the account by going to My plans → Manage my plan → Appointments. Once 24 hours have passed since the appointment's due date, the Reschedule button will appear there. You can then choose a new date and time that works best for you
You can reschedule your appointment up to three (3) times. After that, your order will be cancelled, and you’ll have to start the process all over.

I also suggest that you contact Fizz customer service regarding the missed appointments. Perhaps they can help you get an appointment earlier in the technician's schedule or schedule more time for your appointment so that the technician will have a better chance to complete your installation - https://fizz.ca/en/support
