I’m moving and want to activate my wifi at my new address on the same day that I deactivate it at my current address.

I’m looking at the info they have on their site about how to activate and reactivate it but it is extremely unclear and I can’t find the chat bubble anywhere to ask someone who works for Fizz.

    Hi,

    here's the procedure to do it:

    1. Log into your Fizz account and click on My plans.
    2. Select your internet plan and click on Manage my plan.
    3. Click on Moving my service.
    4. Click on Edit.
      • Follow the instructions. You’ll have to:validate the availability of the Fizz Home Internet service at your new address;
      • schedule your installation appointment at your new address;
      • confirm your deactivation date at your current address.

    *Don’t forget to bring your Fizz Wi-Fi modem with you at your new service address.

    And here's how to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about any question or help, they will be able to provide you advice as well as precise answers about this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

    -By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

    -By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca

    -Whatsapp : (438) 393-5814

    Sorry but you will have to wait for an appointment at your new place to have wi-fi access. Take it promptly.
