Never got an appointment confirmation

Hello,
I followed every step to book an appointment tomorrow and never got a confirmation email. I looked into my account and nothing is there. Will someone show up tomorrow? Do I need to make a new appointment?

You can check the date and time of the appointment on your Fizz account.
To view your Fizz technician appointments:
- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
- Click on Appointments.
- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
- You will also be able to reschedule and cancel future appointments.
