Internet promotion 120 mbps plan at the cost of 60 mbps

Hi,

i saw the promotion for 20 mbps plan at the cost of 60 mbps. My question: is it for few months or it is permanent (could not find answer)?

It is semi permanent. You can keep your plan until you decide to change your plan OR until Fizz gives you 30 days notice of a price change. Fizz reserves the right to change the price with 30 days notice, but home internet customers are still paying the same prices since Fizz launched 3 years ago (if they haven't changed their plan).

Hi,

if you see something in our plans that would be better for your wallet, simply change your plan to enjoy it. Log into your account on fizz.ca > My plans > Manage plan > Adjust plan.

Once your plan is updated, you get to enjoy that price until YOU decide to change your plan again.
