I already have the canada coverage and i live in montreal but i can't make any call from toronto !!!

I thought having the canada coverage will be ok to visit toronto and have my phone active and online.

But i am surprised there is no internet nor calls.

Anyone can help ?

Hi,

since you are on one of Fizz's partner networks, make sure to activate the roaming option of your phone, or else it'll block your usage.

Best is to restart the phone. Also turn on roaming data. Try to make a call. If you have signal and Fizz.ext on display should be fine. G L !
