Lost sim card with Fizz number, how to transfer to another Fizz sim card

Hi everybody!

I lost my Fizz sim card that had my canadian number on it while traveling and I was wondering how it works if I still want to keep this phone number and be with Fizz. I already bought a new Sim card, but if I activate it, can I choose to connect it with my phone number already in use with Fizz? Or does it necessarely create a new phone number?

By following the link, you can activate the new SIM card and keep your current phone number. This will be possible once the service has verified your identity to ensure that the security and integrity of your account is not threatened.

after you have aquired your SIM card, please communicate with Fizz’s support team directly via the chat bubble, to finalize the activation of your SIM card: Activate your new SIM card
