Just purchased a new Samsung a53 from fizz. Why does it say on the order volte: not certified?

    Hi,

what this means is that depending on the SIM card used your device may be VoLTE, but if the SIM card is not VoLTE, it will not. Therefore, the Samsung Galaxy A53 is compatible with this service, however it is conditional that the SIM card used is VoLTE.

To have VoLTE there are 2 must things in place: 1st) is the provider offer this service (core network + sim) and 2nd) the phone support VoLTE. One doesn't work without the other one. Is not enough to have a special sim without the network support. Waiting for official release of VoLTE. Also we have to see from July 1st what s going on with VoLTE Roaming.
