yesterday the technician came to my home to activate my new subscription with fizz home internet(i hope I did not subscribe) he lied to me and told me everything is ok and the net s ready. of course, fizz charge me .but nothing was happen in my account it is said" Activation Pending" since 2 days.

I did all the tricks mentioned on the website, I open three tickets they are useless.

1- they lied to me when they send a guy to my apt and told me the net is ready.

2 They charge me for no service.

3- they pretend there is a problem which is not. they do this with everyone who does not pay the extra 60 cad for installing the modem.

I regret my subscription to such a bad company, which doesn't respect people and lies to them.
