Hi!
I just moved into a new house and I have an apoitment with a technician tomorrow to activate my modem. My modem needs a coaxial entry and there is none in my house. The electrician tells me that it is Fizz that is in charge of bringing the cable tonthe house. Is this true and is this something Fizz can donor only videotron?

The electrician is right. The internet technician who is either a Videotron employee or a contractor, will install the coaxial cable line from the exterior pole up to the place of your modem inside your home. Videotron and Fizz are the same company. There is a great chance that the technician that will come to your address is a Videotron technician as well. If Fizz services are available to your address and I suppose they are if you were able to order a modem then Fizz/videotron will take care of bringing the coaxial entry to your house.

Yes it should be done during the same appointment.
You can reach out to Fizz customer service to mention this, but since your appointment is tomorrow, the technician might not get your message. You will be able to communicate with the technician in person.
