Are rebate perks only temporary?

I just reached level 5 and got a "$25 rebate on a mobile plan" perk. Is this permanent or temporary?

(I don't have a mobile plan, but this rebate would make me get one. But not if it's only temporary.)

I assume this has been posted already (maybe multiple times even), but I couldn't really find a straightforward answer about this specific rebate. Sorry for the repetition anyway, and thanks for the help.

    Hi,

    this is a one-time reward, when activated it will apply to the next payment cycle invoice. Of course, only if you activate this service.

    When you are a Fizz customer, and you reach another level (with enough points) then you can get also some bonuses like 1 $ or 2 $ rebate per month that are valid for 48 months
