All Fizz home internet customers must use the supplied modem - Hitron CODA 4680.

You can install a wifi router of your own choosing to get a better wifi signal.

First of all, you may try to move your modem/router (higher and more central location) and to avoid some obstacles. Check the folowing links to learn more tips. If nothing help, you can also consider using a Wi-Fi signal extender.
