Incoming International calls. Will I get charged for Incoming from USA?

I live in Quebec and I only have Quebec Coverage for calls. If my friend from USA calls me, will I get charged ?

Hi Nancy,

when you are in your coverage area, any call you receive, even those coming from abroad, are considered and billed as a local call. So these calls will be free of charge.
