Hello, I'm trying to activate a new SIM card for my account but I get an error halfway through.

I contacted Fizz about this on messenger but I didn't get an answer yet. I have tried using chrome, firefox and edge and private browsing does not help.

Sorry, I must have misunderstood your question...

Since the problem persists despite your attempts with other web browsers as well as in incognito mode of a private window, you shhould contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation as well as provide you precise answers. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

-By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

-By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca

    -Whatsapp : (438) 393-5814

    Hi,

there are three (3) ways to get to the SIM card activation page:

    • Log into your Fizz account, and go under Overview. Select Get started in the create your plan tile. There, you’ll have the opportunity to activate your SIM card.

    or

    • In the fizz.ca menu bar, click on Mobile/Activate my SIM.

    or

Once there, simply enter the activation code on your SIM card in the field provided.

The page you have displayed is actually to replace a SIM card and keep its number from an already active plan. The link I provided you is used to activate a new SIM card on a new Mobile plan.
