This is the procedure ans suggestion from Fizz
- Block the SIM
- Block the phone
- Report the lost of your iCloud (Apple) or Google (Android) account.
- Declare the loss or theft of your phone to your insurer.
- Replace your phone.
To use Fizz again:
- You can buy a new SIM card if yours was lost or stolen here: Order a new SIM card. Also, you can get a SIM at Couche-Tard
- After you have aquired your SIM card, please communicate with us via the chat bubble, to finalize the activation of your SIM card: Activate your new SIM card
If you find your phone:
- Expect a 48-hour delay (once you unblock it via your Fizz account) before being able to use it again. This delay is necessary for your phone to be removed from the National Stolen Device Blacklist. In the meantime, you can use your SIM card with another phone.
- Only a phone blocked via Fizz can be unblocked via Fizz.
- You can unblock your original SIM card via your Fizz account.

How do i communicate in the chat bubble.

Just click on activate your new SIM card and you will be connect whit the support

contact Fizz customer service directly you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
