    Hi @Nicksmith74

I was back from the state yesterday, and I didn't have any problem, but I have a Canada/USA plan

Have you tried restarting the phone?

Did you call adding the +1 in front of the number?

Have you tried inserting the SIM card into another phone?

Do you have automatic operator selection?

The steps for enabling your phone to automatically select a network varies depending on the type of phone. Here are two examples:

Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz

    iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz

Try to change operator, and also try to force the use of 3G instead the 4G, to see if it makes any difference.

Phone calls use 2G or 3G networks, and 4G LTE if your phone and provider support support VoLTE. Try choosing 2G and 3G networks for your calls
