I need to pause my monthly subscription from Fizz since I am staying away for a while

Is there a way I can pause my fizz account until I get back?

Hi,

for now, it is unfortunately impossible to put a Fizz plan (Internet and/mobile) on pause.

The best solution if you don’t want to lose your My Rewards status along with all your upgrades and perks is to adjust your plan to its strict minimum (by only keeping the Quebec coverage in a mobile plan for instance) for the time being.

If adjusting your plan to its strict minimum is not an option for you, you'll have to cancel your plan, and resubscribe later.

If you leave less than a month, it do not worth to change anything. As a suggestion, may be someday, we will have the option to pause our services for a reasonable fee.
