Why there is No mobile internet near Billings Bridge Shopping Centre in Ottawa

This has been happening for a week, and I have no internet access every day I go to work that way, unless I leave that small area (Billings Bridge Shopping Centre).

    Did you try to check the network operator and set it to automatic?

    The steps for enabling your phone to automatically select a network varies depending on the type of phone. Here are two examples:

    Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz

    iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz

    Did you try to turn off the phone pour couple of minutes?

    Fizz suggest also to reset the network settings

    IMPORTANT: This operation will also reset your WiFi settings, mobile data, Bluetooth, etc.

    The steps to follow to reset your network settings will vary depending on the type of device. Here are two examples:

    Android: Settings → General management → Reset → Reset network settings

    my phone is configured to automatically select the Fizz mobile network.

    reset my network settings 

    rebooted my phone

    still no mobile internet, for me at the Billings bridge shoppering center area
