Would like to know how much it cost per month for a canada + us plan and when in the us is it unlimited to call

Do note that you can use your phone to call Canada or USA while visiting USA, but that phone usage in USA is not for long term continuous use. Fizz has stated that you cannot use for the service for more than 3 consecutive months outside the subscription zone (which is Quebec & Ottawa).
