Hi my voicemail won’t activate, and I now need to get my last message or my life may be ruined. (Urgent now) … also my phone frequently cuts off during calls from home and I would appreciate any help finding out why. Thank you
You can try to call your voicemail from a different phone calling 1-514-647-0999
If you need to reset the PIN
Modify your access code (PIN) directly via your voicemail, or online from your Fizz account (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail).
IMPORTANT: Unsafe combinations such as 1234 or 8888 will be rejected.

Besides @Clive Packerthe above suggestion, you could try to make sure that VoLTE (or HD Voice Calls, depending on your phone model) is turned on.
This should be found somewhere in your network settings on your phone.
