How do we do to contact anyone here I never got my SIM card and I am aboute you loose my mind why is this so complicated

    I am sorry to hear about this situation, here below I am posting all the information that you need to know.

    In the meantime, I would like to remember that Fizz is 100% online and to use a referral code when you activate your SIM, in order to receive 25$. If you don't have one, please fill free to use mine or pick one from here

    Please contact the support to verify the shipping address and I would also recommend contacting the delivery team from your side as well to verify what happened.

    Please check

    If your SIM card was delivered and you didn't receive it, you will need to get a new one, usually in this situation Fizz will refund the SIM, but after you get a new one and activate it..

    For quicker access, you can also pick up a SIM card at Coop UQAM or Couche-Tard. You can see locations here:

    You can see the status of all your Fizz orders in your Order history.

       •   Log into your account and go to My profile.

       •   Click on Order history / See details.

       •   Click on the shipping number to see on the carrier's website the details of your delivery.

       •   If there's any inconsistency with the delivery information you see, contact the carrier directly.
