Do i have to change the card SIM to a new one?
When we transfer of number, do we need a new card SIM or we can use the same ? Cause mine actually have no clue that i am with fizz, and i received the message to transfer of Koodo to Fizz. Im no more with Koodo, but i have nothing now.It does’nt know that im Connect to a new one, its just no one…

When you transfer the number of a different provider such as Koodo, yes you need to buy a Fizz's SIM
If you have a very old phone or one not for the canadian market, check the compatibility https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices
You can order online or buy from specific stores.
After you have the Fizz's card you can transfer your number, https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activation-how-do-i-transfer-my-current-phone-number-to-fizz
