Loss of upgrades and perks when cancelling a second plan in account?

Hello Fizz,

I wanted to clarify what would happen to my existing upgrades, perks, and points if I were to cancel one of the two mobile plans for several months. I read from https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe#4 that cancelling a plan will result in loss of all upgrades and perks associated with that account. Does this mean if I have two mobile plans, and I cancel one, I lose all my points, upgrades, and perks associated with my account even if I keep one of the plans?

    I believe that if you cancel your second plan and keep your main plan active, your upgrades, perks, and points will not be affected.

    Hello @fletchelg, you should note that when you unsubscribe/cancel a plan but intend to sign up again at a later date, you lose access to that plan/pricing and will have to choose from plans and pricing available when you sign up/activate. Fizz raised prices in January for new subscriptions or plan changes and may or may not change prices in the future.
